Sweater Weather: Mountain Trekking/Winter Fashion

In three days, I’ll be up one of the highest mountains in the country (third in Luzon), Mt. Pulag. And because climbing such mountain is no small feat what with its high elevation (read: highest peak of 2,922 meters above sea level!) and extremely cold, winter-like temperature, my companions and I have been preparing for it for a month now by sweating it out in the gym twice a week and planning our “winter” outfits.

Since I’m too excited for the trip, I’m sharing with you some of my outfit inspirations, all from the amazing Pinterest. 🙂

I know they don’t seem to be appropriate in my tropical country, but as I said, they’re just inspiration. Besides, I don’t want to freeze in 7 degrees and below temperature! 😛 I’ll let you know all about the trip after — if I survive, that is. :))
